Attorney Frank W. Pettigrew

Frank W. Pettigrew, born in Grand Prairie, Texas, was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1982. He was educated at the University of Texas at Austin, (B.A. 1978) and South Texas College of Law (J.D. 1982). He has practiced law in Dallas, Tarrant, and contiguous counties continuously since 1982. He and his wife Kerri have been married since 1985 and they have two grown sons, Taylor and Spencer. Frank’s primary practice involves Family Law, Probate and Wills, Personal Injury Law, and Civil Litigation.

He has helped numerous clients navigate though complicated family law issues involving divorce, child custody, visitation and adoption. He has also helped clients with estate planning which involves wills, power of attorney and other valuable estate planning documents. He further assists clients with the probate of wills and estates after the death of a loved one.

The many personal injury cases he has handled involved automobile and motorcycle accidents, premises liability and other injury and insurance claims.

Frank is dedicated to the practice of law and is committed to his clients and the community in which he lives and works. The majority of the cases he handles are in the Dallas and Fort Worth metroplex but Frank frequently assists in the surrounding area of Ellis, Denton, Johnson, and Collin counties as well.
